Preschool (1-3 year olds)

Heroes (1-3 year olds): In this Parent/Child class, students will participate in developmentally appropriate strength and coordination building activities and learn basic tumbling skills.  Students will be introduced to jumping, climbing, rolling, and more in a setting that is safe for little tumblers.

Big Kids (6-9 year olds)

Level 1 Tumbling (6-9 year olds): No experience required for this beginner level class.  Students will learn standing and running tumbling skills correlated with USASF Allstar Level 1.  These skills include forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, front walkover, back walkover, and skill connections.

Level 2 Tumbling (6-9 year olds): Students must be able to safely execute 90% of the level 1 tumbling skills.  Students will learn standing and running tumbling skills correlated with USASF Allstar Level 2.  These skills include standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings.

Level 3 Tumbling (7-9 year olds): Students must be able to safely execute all level 2 tumbling skills.  Students will learn standing and running tumbling skills correlated with USASF Allstar Level 3.  These skills include standing multiple back handsprings, aerial cartwheels, punch fronts, and round-off back handspring back tuck.

Tweens & Teens (10+ years old)

Back Handspring Bootcamp (10+ years old): This class has no prerequisites.  This class will develop the strength and flexibility necessary to safely learn a back handspring.  Coaches will use a combination of drills and hands-on spotting techniques to help students achieve their tumbling goals.

Just Tucks (10+ years old): Students must have standing multiple back handspring and running multiple back handspring to enroll in this class.  Curriculum for this class includes standing back tucks, punch fronts, and round-off back handspring back tucks.

Layouts & Fulls (10+ years old): Students must have a round-off back handspring back tuck to enroll in this class.  Coaches will use a combination of drills and hands-on spotting techniques to teach proper layout and twisting technique.  Curriculum includes round-off back handspring layout, running full, running double full, and standing full.
